别摆烂,动就有益,多动益更多!
另外别忘了,抖腿虽然能抖掉腿脚疲劳,但照顾不到同样辛苦的腰椎、颈椎。
抖腿的同时最好再辅以带薪拉屎、带薪续杯、带薪看风景等走两步小活动。东拼西凑、不拘一格,轻松抵消久坐的危害。
